Giving By Pre-Authorized Remittance (PAR)

 

PAR is a “direct debit” program that allows people to give through an automatic monthly withdrawal from their bank account or by direct charge to their credit card.

You may already have automatic debits from your bank account or credit card to pay for insurance, cable TV, taxes, or your mortgage. If so, then you understand the PAR principle. It means regular contributions throughout the year.  Of course, you may cancel or change either the amount of your gift or other information at any time.

PAR provides an opportunity to give faithfully, as you have thoughtfully and prayerfully determined to give, which means: 

​

1.     Regular support of St. Andrew’s in the amount that you choose; 

2.     Continual support of St. Andrew’s when you are away; 

3.     Avoidance of “catch-up” periods. 

 

When you give by PAR, you provide St. Andrew’s with a regular, dependable flow of contributions from which the Church can meet monthly expenses. It reduces paperwork and bookkeeping, and it reduces bank service fees otherwise payable by St. Andrew’s.

Your PAR giving is added together with other giving received directly* from you throughout the year and included on your annual receipt for tax purposes issued by St. Andrew's.
